* For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional fees (tax, customs, import duties) may be levied by the local governing authorities. These further costs shall be borne by the customer.

PREPARATION TIME

Items will be hand wrapped with care and dispatched from our studios in Stockholm or Paris. We are a small team, but typically we ship within one or two business days.
As soon as your order is shipped, you receive an e-mail confirmation with a tracking link.
If you chose DHL you will also receive a real-time notification by SMS/email and you will have the possibility to modify your delivery (to home or drop point) and preferences.


RETURNS & EXCHANGES

As we are a small business we are not able to provide free-return label. The returns will be arranged and paid by the customer, with mandatory tracking method.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ARE NOT ACCEPTED IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

• COUNTRIES OUTSIDE THE EU: Returns or exchanges are not accepted.
SALE ITEMS: Returns or exchanges are not accepted.
UNDERWEAR, SWIMWEAR and BODYSUITS: Returns or exchanges are not accepted.
MADE TO ORDER ITEMS: Returns or exchanges are not accepted.

In order to be environmentally friendly we want to avoid returns and exchanges: we recommend that you carefully check the size-guides on the product descriptions before checking out. You are more than welcome to contact us anytime at info@jannikesommar.com if you have any questions about sizes.

If anyhow you need to return a product (from the EU area), please contact info@jannikesommar.com to obtain a return authorization. Please indicate the order number and the reason for the return/exchange.
You have 14 days from when your order is delivered to return it. After this delay, unfortunately we can not accept it anymore.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.


REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email notification. If the item is returned in good condition and approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days approximately.
