We currently ship to EU, US, UK, SK, MX and most of our products are made to order.

For deliveries to countries outside the EU, additional fees (tax, customs, import duties) may be levied by the local governing authorities. These further costs shall be borne by the customer.
FOR MADE TO ORDER ITEMS:
Items will be delivered to you within 2-6 weeks. If any item requests a longer production time, this will be stated under the product description.
We do not offer return & exchange on Made to Order items.
FOR AVAILABLE ITEMS:
Items will be hand wrapped with care and dispatched from our studios in Stockholm or Paris.
Shipping will be immediately arranged after your order confirmation.
As soon as your order is shipped, you receive an e-mail confirmation. If you selected Fedex, you receive a tracking link.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
As we are a small business we are not able to provide free-return shipping. The returns will be paid by the customer.
Returns or exchanges from countries outside the EU are not accepted.
In order to be environmentally friendly we avoid returns and exchanges: we recommend that you carefully check the size-guides on the product descriptions before checking out. You are more than welcome to contact us anytime if you have any questions about sizes.
If anyhow you need to return a product (from the EU area), please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return authorization. Please indicate the order number and the reason for the return/exchange. You have 14 days from when your order is delivered to return it. After this delay, unfortunately we can not accept it anymore.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• We do not offer return & exchange on Made to Order items.
• We do not offer return & exchange for non-European countries.
Once your return is received and inspected by us, we will send you an email notification. If the item is returned in good condition and approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days approximately.
